Owner & Director
Miss Paige’s love for dance began at just three years old and has grown into a lifelong passion for teaching, performing, and building community through movement. By age ten, she was assisting in classes, and by fifteen, she had trained under numerous instructors and gained hands-on experience with dancers of all ages.
Over the years, Paige has taught dozens of classes, trained more than 80 students, and led a dance company, where she directed rehearsals, choreographed performances, and helped young dancers grow as both artists and individuals. Her work has taken her to stages across the country, including Times Square in NYC and Walt Disney World. In 2024, her choreography received a 1st Place award and special recognition at Spirit of Dance Nationals.
Paige continues to further her training through workshops and classes—including ongoing training in New York City—to bring fresh, inspiring instruction to her students. She teaches ballet, tap, acro, contemporary, and specializes in her favorite styles: lyrical and jazz.
After years of teaching, choreographing, and managing studio operations, Paige founded Mountain Pointe Dance to create a space that reflects her core values: inclusivity, creativity, and community. She is proud to offer high-quality, accessible dance education in a studio where every dancer is encouraged to grow, express themselves, and shine.

Studio Manager
Jess grew up dancing but found her greatest passion in music. A talented multi-instrumentalist, she has earned numerous accolades and awards for her musical abilities. In addition to her artistic talents, Jess holds a degree in Spanish and is a licensed nurse.
Above all, Jess is a proud mom to four children—each actively involved in the studio and dance community. She plays a vital role in the daily operations of the studio, but what she enjoys most is working closely with families to help create a safe, welcoming, and well-organized environment where every dancer can thrive.

Dance Instructor
Miss Monica was a member of the Phoebus Dance Team throughout high school, where she discovered her love for hip hop, contemporary, and freestyle movement. From ages 11 to 18, she was also deeply involved in Praise Dance, which helped shape her expressive style. Inspired more by movement than music, Miss Monica often finds creative spark through music videos and dynamic choreography.
She brings high energy and heartfelt enthusiasm to her Hip Hop classes and loves the joy her students bring to the studio. Miss Monica is continually learning and training to grow as both a dancer and instructor. She is especially grateful to share this era of dance not only with her students—but also with her daughter by her side.
STUDENT TEACHING ASSISTANTS
Our Student Teaching Assistants are dedicated members of the Mountain Pointe Dance team who exemplify leadership, responsibility, and studio spirit. These dancers serve as positive role models and are selected for their commitment, skill, and enthusiasm for helping others grow. You’ll often find them assisting in some of our most popular and high-enrollment classes, where they support instructors, demonstrate choreography, and help younger dancers stay focused and engaged.
Beyond the studio, our assistants proudly represent Mountain Pointe Dance at community events and performances, helping share our passion for dance with the wider community. Their presence reflects the heart of our values—teamwork, mentorship, and love for the art of dance.
